SECURITY PERSSONEL
1. Recruitment: Strict screening is undertaking of both ex-servicemen and civilian candidates to ensure that they meet the requirement relating to education, physical fitness, general bearing and smartness. The selection procedure also caters to individuals requirement. Supervisory staff are ex-servicemen and ex-paramilitary person with an exemplary records of service
2. Duties:
- to guard the premises as defined.
- To check/record entry and exit of visitor as per instructions.
- To check the moment of incoming and outgoing materials and personnel as per instructions.
- To protect personal, equipment and materials as per instructions.
3. Code of Conduct:Security personnel will, at all times be courteous, smartly attired and alert. They will conform to the expected norms of behaviors and meet professional standards laid down by the company.
4. Uniform: Complete sets of uniforms will be provided to the security personnel, including accessories such as torches and batons. We do not provide such uniform and accessories which resembles with army, police and paramilitary forces uniforms. We provide black cap with our monogram, sky blue shirt and black trouser, White shocks and shoes with black applets, Red line yard, black Nylon belts, our monogram on chest arm. We provide black monkey cap with monogram to gunmen.
5. Training: Security personnel are trained in general duties as outlined above. They are also given On-the job training ‘ to make them familiar with the requirements relating to the premised where they are put on duty. Refreshers coursed are conducted every six months.
6. Inspections:
- Regular inspection are carried out by the supervisors to ensure quality performance by the guards. There inspections are in the form of random checks.
- The supervisors, in turn, are strictly monitored by the Assistant Security Officers.
7. Rotation of Guards: Periodic rotation of guards is carried out in keeping with one of the basic principles of security.
8. Statutory Requirements: The Company is responsible for fulfilling statutory obligation such as PF and ESI, and providing substitutes for weekly- off, leave, absenteeism, etc.
